Originally, barbecue sauces from Memphis are derived from the sauces we find in Kansas, with a base of tomato and sugar. But the Memphis variant is a lot smokier and sweeter in taste

Our Memphis Style Sweet and Smokey sauce has had a very long development time. We always make our sauces with the thought that we could win a barbecue competition such as the Whole Hogg Barbeque. For the perfect taste, we have added no less than real smoke to this sauce. And it also contains a small amount of anchovies, which doesn't give the sauce a fishy taste but does contribute to its velvety structure.

Ingredients:

Sugar, tomato, apple cider vinegar (contains SULPHITE), water, malt vinegar (BARLEY, GLUTEN), invert sugar syrup, alcohol vinegar, salt, smoke flavoring, molasses, preservative E270 (Lactic acid), color E150d (Caramel class IV), preservative E202 (potassium salt), modified corn starch, ANCHOVY, tamarind extract, garlic, onion, spices.
