Finnwerk Birch Smoking Board Single set
Traditional Finnish-prepared salmon is a rustic and popular way to prepare tasty salmon by the fire. Our smoking boards are made of solid Norwegian birch. Using the stainless steel fish bone (cut from one piece, dishwasher-safe), the fish can easily be mounted on the birch board to be prepared by the fire in the traditional Finnish way.
The supplied holder is simply placed on the edge of the grill or firebowl. The prepared smoking board is then slid into the holder and fixed at the desired angle. The fish is then exposed to the heat of the fire on the board. It takes about 45-60 minutes for the fish to cook.
