The Katai Forged series has a robust yet subtle finish. The knives are individually forged by hand. Every knife is unique.
The series consists of a chef's knife, meat cleaver, bread knife, Santoku 18 and 14 cm and a universal knife. All knives are packed in a very nice case of burnt wood with a transparent cover.
Not dishwasher safe. Wash off after use and dry thoroughly with a cloth.
