This product has a spicy note to the finished product. Remember that pork flavor you used to get when cooking it over an open fire? We got that flavor in this injection. Our Open Pit injection is the only one on the market that comes in an easy-to-close can. Each jar contains a free scoop.

Mix a 3/4 cup of pork injection with two (2) cups of water. Other options are to split 1/2 the water with different fruit juices, cola or vegetable stock.

Hydrolyzed vegetable protein (hydrolyzed soy and corn protein and salt, to which partially hydrogenated vegetable oil [cottonseed, soy] has been added), sodium phosphate, molasses, garlic, onion, butter powder, pepper and xanthan gum. This product is gluten-free.
