With the Kamado Joe pizza stone you can bake truly authentic pizzas, just as if they came straight from the wood-burning oven of the pizzeria. The shock-resistant ceramic stone distributes the heat and absorbs excess moisture, so that the pizza is perfectly baked and gets a crispy crust.
The pizza stone requires little maintenance. There are a few things to take into account. Always use a plate setter (the ceramic stone included with the Kamado Joe) together with the pizza stone to prevent the pizza from burning.
