Big Green Egg charcoal is 100% natural charcoal from the Beech and Beech hedge. This fantastic pure hardwood has a wonderfully long burning time and is therefore very suitable as charcoal. The extra-large pieces last a very long time and do not emit unnecessary smoke. Our charcoal has the FSC quality mark. For the production, use is made of residual wood or trees that have been specially grown for production in sustainably managed forests. These are replanted immediately after felling. The charcoal is also produced in Europe. The charcoal gives off a neutral taste. Do you want to create an extra touch to the taste of your dishes? Add some wood chip or chunks to your charcoal yourself.
