This meat thermometer 'leave in meat' from the series 'Chef's Precision' by OXO Good Grips measures the core temperature of meat, fish, poultry and more. This way you can be sure that your dish is also cooked inside, in the core. During cooking, the thermometer in the meat may remain in the oven, so you can keep a close eye on the cooking. The shadow on the pen indicates how far you should stick it into the meat. Thanks to the large numbers the thermometer is easy to read, the temperature is shown in both ºC and ºF. The holder protects the thermometer after use and gives recommended temperatures for different types of meat. The thermometer measures up to 90ºC.
