Smoking with cold smoke is a new taste experience. With this Cold Smoke Adapter, you can smoke dishes without cooking them. For example, use it when cold smoking (below 25°C) cheese, salmon, ham, salami and chocolate. Also try smoking minced meat before processing it into a delicious dish. For true taste connoisseurs, this is the way to add a smoky flavor to their dish.
Installation and use of the smoke generator is very simple. Install the smoke generator with the adapter and connect it to the chamber with the spiro tube. The length of the smoke supply pipe should be in the range of 1-2 m. The specially profiled legs provide stability, and the tray allows us to easily remove the ash created during the operation of the generator.
The Cold Smoke Adapter is made of Stainless Steel plate and fits all Borniak smokers made of alu-zinc.
Please note, the cold smoke adapter comes without spiro tube.
