The Charcoal basket is the component of the BPS Drum Smoker kit and can be set higher or lower depending on the desired temperature. The charcoal basket is included with the Drum Smokers Kit, so this is for replacement or as a reserve. The charcoal basket can accommodate 4.5 - 7.0 kg of charcoal.
