'Hot coals - The recipe book' contains forty-five original and surprising dishes to prepare with a kamado. Not only meat and fish, but also vegetarian dishes and even desserts are discussed. The recipes in the book provide the opportunity to practice with almost all cooking techniques that are achievable with the popular outdoor cooking device. Whatever brand of kamado you have, everything will taste great. The dishes can be prepared all year round, regardless of wind and weather.

Jeroen Hazebroek has been cooking on open fires and barbecues from an early age. In 2006 he came into contact with the kamado. He is the owner of the company Het Kookvuur, which focuses on providing training, demonstrations and workshops.

Leonard Elenbaas is a chef and cooks with a kamado almost every day in his restaurant kitchen. Leonard also teaches outdoor cooking at chef training courses.
