How to use? Add about 45 grams of marinade per 500ml of water. This amount is suitable for approximately 6.5 kg of meat. Marinate or inject your meat at least 30 minutes in advance.
Ingredients: Sugar, salt, brown sugar, sodium phosphate, dehydrated onion and garlic, hydrolyzed corn protein, yeast extract, spices, xanthan gum, molasses, maltodextrin, glucose syrup solids, soybean oil, natural flavors, disodium triinosinate, disodium guanylate caramel color soy sauce solids (wheat, soybeans, salt) palm oil, tamarind and no more than 2% calcium silicate (added to prevent caking).
