Jeroen Hazebroek has been cooking on open fires and barbecues from an early age. In 2006 he came into contact with the kamado. He is the owner of the company Het Kookvuur, which focuses on providing training, demonstrations and workshops.
Leonard Elenbaas is a chef and cooks with a kamado almost every day in his restaurant kitchen. Leonard also teaches outdoor cooking at chef training courses.
'Hot coals - the recipe book' is the third cookbook by both chefs.
