With this gas burner from Ooni you can quickly and easily convert your Karu pizza oven to gas. You mount the gas burner directly on the back of your Karu pizza oven with the two supplied screws. The gas burner is equipped with a temperature controller.

Good to know:
- This gas burner operates at a gas pressure of 30 mbar, this is the standard pressure of gas bottles in the Netherlands. In Belgium this standard is 37 mbar.
- This gas burner is only for outdoor use and only for use without the oven door. Furthermore, the burner has been designed, tested and approved for use with Ooni Karu ovens only. Although the burner also fits some other Ooni oven models, this use has not been tested and therefore no guarantee can be given.
