This versatile wide chef's knife is truly ideal for any fish, meat, and vegetable preparation. The wide balanced blade glides effortlessly through vegetables, fish, and meat. The blade is made of an exceptionally high quality stainless steel. It is very finely and thinly ground and hand "blaugepließtet".
