Wicked Que Pork & Brisket Brine 8oz
For brisket: mix 3 teaspoons injection, 1 teaspoon Brisket rub (through the coffee grinder), 1/2 teaspoon beef paste with 16 oz/453 grams of water. Heat on stove to dissolve.
For pork, do the same as above, but use 1 teaspoon of Classic BBQ Blend and not beef paste. Refrigerate until ready for competition.
Ingredients
Hydrolyzed soy protein [SOYA], sodium phosphate, monosodium glutamate, torula yeast, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, xanthan gum, less than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
